COMMERCIAL INSURANCE POLICIES

General Liability
General liability (GL) insurance protects your business in the event physical injury or property damage occurs as a result of your business operations. General Liability Insurance is also referred to as “Business Liability Insurance” or “Commercial General Liability” (CGL) insurance. Download and fill out our Liability Questionare and we will respond to you within 24 hours or call our office direct and we can help you.

Commercial Auto
While commercial vehicle insurance has some similarities to your personal auto policy, there are important differences in coverages, exclusions, definitions, limits and eligibility itself. Written and rated differently, commercial car insurance is needed for certain situations and vehicle types. Whether it’s transporting goods or people for a fee, using your vehicle to conduct a service, or employees operating a vehicle, you may need a commercial auto policy.

Worker Compensation
Workers’ compensation provides replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee’s right to sue his or her employer for the tort of negligence.

Umbrella/Excess Liability
Significant assets can be at risk when businesses are the target of lawsuits. If the cost of a claim exceeds the limits of a business’s underlying primary insurance policies, Commercial Umbrella Insurance extends liability coverage for an additional layer of insurance to further protect business assets.

Commercial Property
Commercial Property Insurance helps protect the building your business owns or leases as well as your business personal property, including tools and equipment, inventory, and furniture. A commercial property insurance policy includes coverage for assets like accounts receivable, computers and lost income for when business operations are suspended due to a covered loss. Businesses can tailor their coverage to include additional protection like valuable papers and records coverage that can help pay to reproduce important documents, provide temporary storage and move records to avoid a loss.

PERSONAL INSURANCE POLICIES

Homeowners
Home insurance can help protect your home’s physical structure, your belongings and even your family, the details of your coverage will depend on which Florida policy you choose. You also can get added protection. Most home insurance policies don’t include protection from flood damage. If you’re interested in safeguarding your home from floods, think about purchasing a separate flood insurance policy.

Condo
Condo Owners are responsible for keeping yourself and your personal belongings safe. The policy would cover personal property, liability, guest medical, reimbursed living expenses, building property protect and loss assessment.

Personal Umbrella
A personal umbrella policy is a type of insurance that provides liability coverage over and above your automobile or homeowners policy. So, if your liability coverage isn’t enough to pay for the damages of an accident you cause or a visitor’s injuries on your property, a personal umbrella insurance policy kicks in right where your underlying policy’s coverage left off. Download and fill out our Liability Questionare and we will respond to you within 24 hours or call our office direct and we can help you.

Personal Auto
Florida is a no-fault insurance state. If you are injured in an accident, your car insurance will pay your medical costs up to your policy’s limits, regardless of who caused the accident. The minimum limits for Florida car insurance coverage are: $10,000 of no-fault or personal injury protection (PIP) insurance.
